What's this?

This is a game for Pocket PC. It is currently in beta, and I have only tested it on my own iPAQ 3870, and on the emulator that comes with eVC. That said, I will try my best to make it work on a lot more platforms - if I get testers.

System requirements:

Story:

Mean pin!
Mean pin!
While you were peacefully training bowling at your local bowling place - the Indian god of destructiveness, Kali, happened to pop by. Deciding that the poor pins were unfairly harassed by you and your ball, Kali put an enchantment on them, to give them a better chance. Unfortunately they seem to have grown not only legs, but teeth too!

Background:

The title of this game coincides with the subject of a lecture I gave when I was subjected to a stag party. That's about as serious as it gets. (Cultural note: In Sweden, a stag party usually includes some silly projects, in order for the friends of the subject to have a lot of fun on the expense of the happy soon-to-be-married person, in addition to the usual eating and drinking. It very entertaining. (Unless you're the subject.))

Credits:

I have done most of the work on this project myself. With the player graphics, title screen, and the sound effects I had the help of David Engström. While testing the game on the emulator, I used the excellent GAPIemu by Thierry Tremblay. The project is done in embedded Visual C/C++, so I suppose I should thank MS for giving it to me for free. Also, thanks goes to my family for donating the time. After all, I do have a daytimejob too.
